Application Principle

Graphite sealing strips improve papermaking efficiency through the following mechanisms:

1. Sealed dehydration: Fill the gap between the through holes of the roll shell, maintain negative pressure in the vacuum chamber (≤ 10 ^ -3Pa), and accelerate pulp dehydration.

2. Wear resistant protection: The graphite layered structure reduces the friction coefficient (0.1-0.2), reduces roller wear, and prolongs the service life by 2-3 times compared to polyethylene materials.

3. Thermal stability: Low thermal expansion coefficient (<1x10 ^ -6/℃), avoiding delamination or vacuum leakage caused by high-speed heating.
