The screen plate is a core component of the vibrating frame screen in pulp screening equipment. Made of wear resistant stainless steel, the screen plate features uniform pores on its surface, separating qualified pulp from oversized fiber particles, debris, and other impurities. The design and precision of the screen plate directly impact screening efficiency, pulp cleanliness, and finished product quality.
First, pulp flows into the screen frame. The motor drives the vibrating frame screen to vibrate, separating the good and coarse pulp through the screen plate. The good pulp then enters the trough and exits through the outlet, while the coarse residue remains on the screen plate. The vibrating frame screen automatically separates the good pulp from the coarse residue and removes the coarse residue, preventing it from clogging the screen holes. Fine fibers on the coarse residue are flushed back to the screen frame via a high pressure water pipe at the top of the vibrating frame screen, minimizing loss of good pulp.
High Strength: Sun Hong's screen plates are made of stainless steel, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance under continuous operation.
Precision Holes: Uniform pore size ensures reliable pulp screening and minimizes fiber loss.
Easy to maintain: Smooth surface reduces fiber clogging, and modular structure allows for quick replacement to minimize downtime.
