The multi disc filter bag realizes continuous dehydration and fiber interception through mechanical rotation and vacuum suction, and is an important component for improving pulping efficiency and recovery rate.

Operation of The Multi Disc Filter Bag

The pulp circulates in the disc filter tank, and the filter bag rotates slowly with the filter disc. When the filter disc fan blades are immersed in the pulp, the outside of the filter bag contacts the pulp. The vacuum suction sucks the water out of the filter cloth, and the fibers are intercepted on the surface to form a "slurry cake". Then the filter disc is moved out of the pulp area, and the filter cake is also peeled off.
