This type of siphon is designed specifically for high-speed, large-diameter drying cylinders, with superior siphon effect and high operational support strength. Due to the impact of condensed water on the siphon suction nozzle, vortex is generated, which affects the normal operation of the siphon. The strong stiffness provided by the horizontal support pipe solves this problem perfectly.
The vertical support frame increases the stiffness of the vertical siphon tube, which can reduce the eccentricity and vibration of the siphon tube.
