The carbon fiber doctor blade is Sun Hong's best-selling doctor blade. It is manufactured through a lamination process, in which materials (such as individual carbon fiber fabrics or a combination of carbon fiber fabrics and glass fiber fabrics) are bonded together using a special adhesive formulation. Carbon fiber cloth and glass fiber cloth are cured and shaped through special treatments such as impregnation, cutting, and auxiliary materials, and then slitting, cutting, and grinding.
Carbon fiber doctor blade is an important equipment in paper production line. The doctor blade holds the blade in a fixed position and oscillates back and forth under constant pressure to remove contaminants and water from the surface of the dryer, such as oscillating on a smooth press roll to remove contaminants and water caused by the paper.
