Air tube for blade holder is also called doctor blade air tube. It is installed on the doctor blade holder. The pressure generated by inflation is used to drive the doctor blade to maintain proper contact with the roller surface, so as to stably remove impurities and debris on the roller surface and improve the scraping efficiency.

The doctor blade air tube is usually circular in cross section and can be customized to different diameters or lengths according to the installation structure. Its common materials include rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. Through compressed air, the air tube expands and pushes the doctor blade toward the roller. The air pressure can be flexibly adjusted by controlling the air pressure.
